Historic Vehicle Craftsmen's Association, Estonia
The Historic Vehicle Craftsmen's Association (registry code 80341353) is a non-governmental organization incorporating professional restorers of historic vehicles. Members of the association may be craftsmen from different fields of restoration.
Historic vehicles as a hobby is a rising trend in Estonia, as well as in the whole world. The number of restorers of historic vehicles has also increased significantly in recent years. The borderline between a hobby-restorer who also offers his/her services outside his/her own garage and a professional restorer has become blurred. The Historic Vehicle Craftsmen's Association would like to define this border.
Whereas a hobby-restorer can make concessions to the quality of work in case of absence of time, money or necessary skills, a professional cannot afford to do this.
The Historic Vehicle Craftsmen's Association was established in November 2011. Our goals are written in the statutes of the association.
